• In 1976, Dr. Aerosol Enterprise Ltd. formerly known as Consul Chemical Industry Corp., we invested in advanced technology and the latest manufacturing processes in Douliu and Dounan to produce the fourth-generation alternative energy DME. 

• In 1981, our company refined DME as a substitute for chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) to repair the ozone layer. DME became the most environmentally friendly propellant (additive) for aerosol products, leading to the era of DME additives being used in line with advanced countries in Europe and the United States. It provided important basic raw materials for the development of aerosol products.

• In 1991, based on our expertise in DME and through technical exchanges with the Dutch company AKZO Petroleum Chemicals, we acquired advanced aerosol product formulations. We established a research and development department and collaborated with the Industrial Technology Research Institute.(ITRI). This collaboration allowed us to offer various development services for aerosol-based automotive, industrial, and everyday chemical products to businesses.

• In 1999, we established our own brand and introduced a series of products including Car Paints, Metalic Paints, Non-flammable Tire Sealant, and Fire Stop (Extinguishing Aerosol Spray).

• In 2004, Dr. Aerosol Enterprise Ltd. was established. We expanded our operations by adding a production line for filling aerosol products. In response to the increasingly stringent manufacturing industry standards and the specialized requirements of the Council of Labor Affairs for workplace safety, we invested in state-of-the-art fully automated production equipment from the United States. This investment allowed us to offer professional contract manufacturing services to the industry.

• In 2009, to expand our services, we established the Aerosol Cosmetic Department in October and set up a dedicated production area in November.

• In 2010, after rigorous inspections by the Taoyuan County Government and the Department of Public Health, we obtained the production factory license for filling aerosol cosmetic products."

• In 2012, we achieved ISO9001:2008 international quality management certification.

• In 2020, we updated to ISO9001:2015 international quality management certification.

• In 2021, we established a dedicated production line for cosmetic products in accordance with GMP standards. (Class 100,000 cleanroom)

• In 2022, we obtained ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification.

• In 2024, we setted Up Quality Control and Microbiology Laboratories

• In 2024, we obtained ISO22716:2007 Cosmetics - Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification.
